Atwell-Hicks has specialized in land development, planning and engineering for over 100 years. This firm turned to Ciel Design Partners to overhaul their marketing communications materials. After careful analysis, we developed a design system to provide Atwell-Hicks with uniformity among its platform of services. In this solution we established a design standard and guidelines for all marketing materials. This standard incorporates a contemporary color palette, font standards, specific style and treatment of photography, and guidelines for the usage of negative space. The overall style of the system is "grid-like", visually reinforcing the engineering discipline at the heart of Atwell-Hicks.
