VCI Leadership Foundations Program Investment In You Workshop Collateral
VW Credit, Inc. (VCI) required the development of a new identity and creation of collateral materials for an employee workshop. The collateral materials include a participant journal, binder, booklets, diagrams, and facilitator PowerPoint templates. This program is directed at senior and managerial-level VCI employees. The overall look needed to be bold and memorable, yet with a "soft edge" found in VW and Audi materials.
A progressive architectural graphic and icon of four professionals anchor the look for the program – communicating progressive, professional leadership foundations. The blue and green in the logo are VW house colors, representing the corporate palette. The introduction of a strict palette of pale bronze and blue establish a consistent color theme symbolizing the forward-thinking executive.
VCI Workshop Templates
The Knowledge Enhancement Team (KET) at VW Credit, Inc. (VCI) was using a dated workbook template program. KET was happy with the functionality of the templates but needed a refreshed look. The templates were redesigned in PowerPoint for ease of customization and print-on-demand. They also wanted common covers that would accommodate customization for each workshop, yet be cost-efficient.
Ciel created easy-to-use PowerPoint templates that included full follow-along instructions for customization. Common covers, printed in a large run on an offset press for cost savings, featured die cuts to allow customized text and images visible from the second page. The customizable content is digitally printed on demand. As a result of the positive feedback to the program, Ciel also redesigned VCI's intranet site implementing this same design presentation.
